BrightLine Advance provides business funding solutions including working capital, SBA loans, lines of credit, term loans, bridge loans, real estate loans, and equipment financing. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or funding.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal business owner or authorized representative to apply. By submitting an application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
4. Application & Information
You authorize BrightLine Advance to verify the information provided in your application, including business and personal financial information. You agree that submitting false or misleading information may result in disqualification and potential legal action.
5. No Guarantee of Funding
Submission of an application does not constitute an offer or commitment to lend. All funding decisions are subject to underwriting, verification, and approval at the sole discretion of BrightLine Advance and its lending partners.
6. SMS Communications & Consent
SMS consent is optional and is not required to submit a funding application or receive services from BrightLine Advance. By voluntarily opting in to SMS communications, you agree to the following:
- Transactional SMS: You may opt in to receive application updates, approval status, document requests, and account-related notifications.
- Promotional SMS: You may separately opt in to receive special offers, new funding programs, and business financing information.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your application activity and opted-in preferences.
- Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details.
- To Opt Out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message.
- For Help: Reply HELP to any message or contact us at ben@brightlineadvance.com.
- Data Sharing: SMS opt-in data and consent records will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out of SMS communications will not affect your application status or eligibility for funding.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of BrightLine Advance and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
BrightLine Advance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you, if any.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
